An invoice will be emailed, faxed or mailed for required deposits and all travel reservations made through Scots-American Travel Advisors. Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions will be provided with all invoices. Payment in US Dollars can be made by check, bank transfer or credit card. Payment by credit card will require completion of a Credit Card Information Form which will be provided. It is strongly recommended that this information is not provided online as this is not secure and could lead to unauthorized charges for which Scots- American Travel Advisors will not be held responsible. Reservations are not confirmed until the required payment is received in cleared funds.
